20080731 Nhat Day 5 - Frustration

Why frustrated? Well, I think it is because time is getting short (5 days left) and I don't seem to making an impact. The team seem to be doing well and into a their own grove. Continue to nurture the younger members to be more caring to each member and take more initiative to bond with the students. I plan with Jon and George and it takes twice as long because we want to encourage George's participation and thereby need to help him with understanding the material. But I think this is one of G's gift to me so I can encourage George by giving care and good impression of interaction with those outside of the China culture.

Places we visited today are the same as those I visited last year. The Miao village's Chh got renovated and it feels very comfortable it in. Please read other member's blog for the visitation comments.

Since it rained off and on during the night and therefore we had to play in-door games. That was a bit of a challenge since I did not prepare for. We had guys verse girls and the participation was wild for they are very competitive. Girls won 3 to 2.

Aside, I got a $4 hair cut with Albert's help. I call Albert the "China GPS" because he finds everything we requested. We are bonding extremely well because we are no longer hinder with the see-through glass washroom. Yes, our washroom are stated of the art but lacks privacy.
Thank you for thinking for us and keep us in your mind since we are now 1/2 through this memorial vacation with G. Thanks, Nhat
