Day 4 and because I crashed last night at 10 pm (did not even have the energy to shower), I woke up at 4 am. Therefore G gave me time to do my blog and have some personal time. It might be jetlag or it might be the heat or the heavy activities but in the end, I am out of shape and therefore I nap or sleep at odd hours. I am shroud by the saints’ pr.rs that I believe that it I am in the will of G so I am thankful for anything that happens. Taking naps with a phone alarm was not the best method since I keep forgetting to set the correct am or pm and default to today. Too many options make it harder to use when your brain is not totally there.
Today, our class only did the first section of the book and it was funny to see Jon having difficult to hear there “English” words when they voiced their answers. Now he feels my frustration and passion to correct their enunciation. We had multimedia on “The purpose of Life” and it fell on both me and Steve. We each present to our respective two classes and therefore we do not miss our time in our class. I use the hotel’s supplies of shampoo, soap, comb, toothbrush as prizes for students’ participation. Hey, we don’t use it, might as well make good utilization of our accommodation cost.
My journal is slowly being filled by drawings so I am being filled with my “Love Language” which is words of affirmation. Though I do miss my journal because it is with the student most of the time but it is a sacrifice I am willing to take. I have to encourage them to start writing too besides drawing even though they are great artist. Attached are Greg and Jack who did some awesome drawing in my journal. They are in my class and I think it brings us closer since they have something in my journal. Keep us in your thoughts. Nhat out

Hi Nhat, keep up the great work. Feeling that it is not easy but God will provide all your needs and strength. It is hard to imagine how your trip is doing in my head. But by reading your daily blog do let me feel close and understand your mission work. You are in my prayers. Love in God. Ada
