Sept Newsletter - Zheng Xi

We are back from Guangxi, China and ready to share about our wonderful experiences. Thank you for all your prayer support. Below are some of our highlights. If you like to know more, feel free to contact us.

When one of my students told me that he had heard the Gospel from his village, my heart was touched. Once again, God showed me how His love is for everyone, even for those who live in remote areas where communication to the outside world is scarce. I had great opportunities to bond and communicate with the students. Since most of them came from families that were relatively poor, they were eager for love and joy. Even though sharing with them was somewhat difficult, God did answer our prayers and provided us the opportunity to deliver His message. He has opened the hearts of many. This was evident when one of my students wrote a play based on the resurrection of Jesus Christ and His love, without any input from the teachers. The joy that I received when I saw students accepting Christ as their Lord and Saviour was indescribable. This trip has strengthened my faith in Him. It made me rethink about the career decisions that I had made previously by myself. I hope that He would continue to guide me, so that I could fulfil what He has planned for me in my life.
