In the first year, God opened my heart to love the people of China. In the second year, God strengthened my faith through knowing that He cares for His creation even if we are not there. In the third year, God gave me hope that what I was doing continues to impact those I minister to and there is hope that I will go again next year. (1Cor 13:13). China is the third largest land mass and its policy regarding Christian work is very diverse. With PI, I got to see the open doors that give hope to those who are lost. In China, you are not allowed to convert anyone under the age of 18. Yet, by God’s grace, we, the teachers were so blessed to see many students putting their trust in the Lord. Mind you, the harvesting was done with the approval of the PI-China representatives. They have been sowing the seeds and working with these students for the past three years and the harvest was just ripe during our English camp. Praise be to God and glory to Him! PI have a project whereby we can support a class in the region where I worked for two years and where we can go and teach English through a short-term trip in 2008. This gave me so much joy and hope that I agreed to the project before getting CGC’s approval. If is of God, He will provide for this project. I have HOPE in the Jehovah-jireh.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6)

第一年去都安，神打開了我的心去愛我的中國同胞。第二年，神使我的信心得到堅固，我看到即使我們不在那裏，神仍關心他所造的人。 第三年，神給我盼望，那就是我過去所作的事會繼續不斷地影響我現在所服侍的人， 並且我盼望明年會再去都安(林前 13:13)。由於中國擁有世界第三大領土面積， 不同地區對基督教工作的政策極其不同。與協同差會一起, 我看到一些打開的門給失喪的靈魂所帶來的盼望。在中國，不允許向18 嵗以下的人傳福音，然而，靠著神的恩典，神大大地祝福我們，我們這些老師們看到許多學生信靠我們的救主。請注意， 這些莊稼的收割是得到了協同差會在中國代表的同意。在過去的三年中，他們一直在服侍這些學生，播撒福音的種子。在我們的英語夏令營期間，莊稼剛好成熟了。將讚美歸于神，榮耀歸給主！協同差會有一個項目，即在我去過兩次的地方，通过資助一個班的學生，我們可以在2008年派短宣隊去那裏教英文。在福音堂表示同意之前，我個人贊成這個項目，它帶給我許多喜樂和盼望。如果是出於神，他會親自供應這一項目的需求。我堅信“耶和華以勒”.
