It is Thursday night and it kind of ended because tomorrow, we only really have one hour with our students after all the ceremoy as we will be heading off to Nanning at 10:30am.
Great things:
1. The students are great and there were alot of question about the Father today. We still don't have any new member to the family but that is in His hand.
2. The concert went well as each classed presented their hardwork. The teachers sang 1Cor13 in Mandarin and Amazing Grace. The Chair skit was perform so we wish it would have moved some. The students sang us 3 mandarin song which are: Thank you, Wish you a safe journey, and Friends. Fire works as a great ending. We did 3 count down for each segment as there was a lag in time. Smiles.
3. I believed the kids warm up to me and the teachers as they seem to listen to us more. We had a very short party (30 minutes) with fruits, snacks and drink as we had to be out of the school by 9pm.
Thoughts:
1. Tired so I need energy for tonight as I will need it to write the maeningful notes to 18 students.
2. Used tomorrow's time wisely so that the student's who are interested will have a chance.
3. Keeping the communication channel open so that we will have continual contact with the students.

Hi Nhat,
As you prepare to say goodbye tomorrow morning, I'm getting nostalgic as warm memories of last year's goodbye come flooding back to me. My prayers to you for the next leg of your camp. Also, same for all the team for safe and restful journey back home.

We all know how painful it is for these kids now, after having experienced "the happiest days of their lives" ....
Well, let's look forward to 2008 now :)
